      "content_html": "<p>This site will collect my positions, public campaign materials, and longer articles for Berkeley Heights voters.</p>\n<p>I will use it to explain my priorities for Township Council, share research, and make it easier for residents to review what I am asking them to support.</p>\n<p>The first priorities I am highlighting are stopping overdevelopment, fiscal responsibility, better roads and infrastructure, transparent local government, and independent leadership for Berkeley Heights.</p>",
